I’m in line for Dalton-babies, too, with this line-
"Making matters worse is that fact that he was kind of talking in circles most of the time, uttering some mumbo-jumbo about the fact that she outlasted her entire tribe in Palau, although the way he said it was something along the lines of “She has been the only person in Survivor history of Boogaloo Shrimp to lose everyone in her tribe where robot kryptonite she is the only one who zigazigha left.”
Maybe I could just have his kittens…
I commented to my wife last night that Amanda’s glasses were pretty clean for the conditions they are in. I would love to be able to get mine that clean most days.
Keep an eye out for when the girls raise their arms above their heads to fix their hair, tie a knot, stretch, or what have you.
You don’t see it that often because, I presume, the producers do their best to cut those scenes out (arm pit hair not being the most “TV friendly” thing and all).
Every once in a blue moon though, there will be an important scene that can’t be cut, and you’ll catch a glimpse.
And he has a shout-out to Corinne Kaplan {barf} from his season who was apparently invited to be a part of Heroes vs Villains but declined per the Gabon Survivor wiki article.
And, strangely, I’m beginning to agree.
I had her pegged as a shoo-in for the “Survivor Wheelz Most Wants to Punch in the Face” award, due to her near-constant self-referencing about what a nasty nasty villain she is.
But as of her confessional following the Boston Rob incident, she seems to be dropping the character a bit and allowing us to see her as an actual person. I don’t know how long she’ll keep it up, but so far that’s a lot more interesting than her phony “I’m such a bitch!!!” facade.
I used to really like Tom. He’s getting on my nerves this season. I knew he was sexist but I’m starting to get flashes of racism from him. Seriously, why would Amber side with him when it was obvious that Colby, he and Steph had a strong alliance which would place her on the chopping block next.
They just voted off two women. If I were the women, I’d be seriously worried that they were going to just keep picking off the women one by one under the guise of keeping the tribe “strong.” Cirie and Amber need to get smart and start insisting that some men go next.
Totally agreed. Enough with the hot chicks getting voted out! I sort of disagree about Tom in that while I got a definite ugly vibe from his confessional about James, to me it seemed more like a classist vibe than a racist one. Then again, who knows, right?
Her name is Amanda, btw, not Amber. Amber’s back at home keeping the homefires burning for Boston Rob.
