The coughing, sneezing, wheezing MMP

HEE! My art teacher from high school sent me a few pics via facebook. One is a group photo. It’s been fun to put names with faces. Several of us have figured out most everybody. I sent the group pic to several of the people in the pic with whom I’m fb friends. I’ve gotten a lot of messages from folks who are just wowed to see it now. FUN! It was taken in 1971!

Peaches glad you survived the storm and hope you have power back soonest. I thought I was goin’ to be on EMC when I had da cave built but instead I’m on Jawja Power. I’m one road before EMC kicks in.

Butters I have not been to or through Eatonton in years. I remember the 4H camp, Rock Eagle bein’ a few miles above Eatonton. Good times at that place. RE was the first place I [del]ever smoked pot[/del] learned how to make a decent cup of tea and petit fours.

MOOOOOOM so tragic! I got jolted into finally makin’ a will after my younger brother died. I’ve even updated it a couple of times. Now I’m thinkin’ might not be a bad idea to take another look to make sure things are still in shape.

ETA: First on Five!

Work is over and another 97,000 perfect packages are on their way to loyal customers across four states. Other than that, breakfast with a friend tomorrow and Kennywood on Sunday and then I’m heading off. Spidey - if you want to be irresponsible Tuesday or Wednesday we’ll probably be at Knoebels.

Peaches my sister is in Silver Creek, Jawja. I am now in Uncle Remus’ town to visit my son and a brother. My other brother is in Haddock not too far away. My other sister is in SC and I ain’t driving up there. Tahred though. Still hacking and far from well.

Sunny. Good luck with the moving and the perpetual headache.

Sari I’m glad Sahdog is better. You should prepare yourself as he is an old man. Did Percy come around any more?
**Metal mouse ** Safe travels. Jealous.

Irkday 6 of 6. Plus today I have to babysit the new girl who keeps hovering around me. I’m bringing a flyswatter to enforce the Personal Space Bubble.

Up, caffeinated, and sheveled. Off to work.

Make sure my name and address are accurate!

Weird, disjointed night - including a beep-beep-beep every 3 minutes around 2:30. That turned out to be FCD’s phone warning that it was losing its charge. This was augmented by a dream about the place where we take our car for maintenance, except it looked totally different and none of the people were the same. And their printer had blue paper in it. No idea what my brain was trying to tell me.

Since today is going to be mild and dry, I have decided to haul out the carpet cleaner. I’m going to deal with the traffic areas, but it will still require me to move some furniture. And I’ll bring a fan up from the basement to aid in drying the dining room - the other rooms have ceiling fans.

I’ll also toss a couple of loads in the washer. Thinking I’ll save the lawn for tomorrow.

Happy Saturday!

Happy Saturday!

It’s a sunny 60 degrees outside, supposed to get up to 84. the temps are supposed to creep up into the 90’s, and then drop back down into the 70’s. The weather, she be weird this year.

Butters I know Sah-dog’s days are numbered. If he twitches in his sleep I wonder if he is dreaming or having a seizure. Sometimes when he stands up his legs give out and he goes right back down. He limps a bit when he first gets up, and sometimes he drifts a little sideways when he walks. He sleeps 22 out of 24 hours each day, the highlight of his day is TREATS, he gets way more than he should. He’s 15, at this point who cares about nutrition? He panics if he can’t find me, and now he is doing the same with Sah-son. He doesn’t try to sneak out of the yard anymore, he doesn’t do much of anything anymore. At times he look a bit confused.
Mostly, we do our best to keep him from getting stressed.

Percy is still hiding upstairs. Now I just ignore him, if he gets bored/lonely enough he’ll come out - otherwise there’s not much more I can do for him. Sah-son thinks we should take him back and maybe he’ll find a happier home, I think he won’t be happy anywhere. He’s pretty much given up trying to make friends with him. I haven’t done it yet, but I’m going to move his food and water bowls out into the hall way so he has to travel further to eat. The exercise will do him good.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN 'Tis 73 Amurrkin out and cloudy with a predicted high of 87 and partly sunny with maybe a chance of rain for the day. We shall see. Plans are to hang at the cee-mint pond which will be down cloudy or sunny.

Butters glad you’re havin’ a good time and hope you feel better today. I even know where Haddock is.

OK, I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. Then I suppose I should purtify somewhat.

Happy Sattidy Y’all!

**FCD **is still abed and I want a shower. If I go in there, I’ll wake him. I can’t shower in the hall bathroom because all my shower stuff is in the master. Oh, it’s so difficult to be me!!! <dramatic pose of woe>

I’ll finish caffeinating, and if he’s not up by then, oh well…

Hello fellow mumpers. I slept good again last night. Seems that I sleep better away from home. Today is sonny boys BD. We have ordered a birthday cake and are going to grill up something. It really cooled off a bit after that crazy ass weather yesterday.

Happy Saturday!

I’m doing chores, finishing the grocery shopping then heading to a political fundraiser. Then I need to pack the china up for my niece to pick up tomorrow. I may even get a ride in if it doesn’t rain.

I once again skimmed pine straw from the neighbors’ pine trees outta the cee-mint pond. I say they should keep their pine straw in their own yahds! Also, there were two daid frogs floatin’ in the water and one daid frog in the skimmer basket. Still cloudy out but plans to frolick in the cee-mint pond are still on for the day.

Happy Birthday Buttersson!

We have breakfasted. I’ve got a load of jeans in the washer, the dishwasher just started its cycle, and I scooped the cat box and swept the stairs to the basement, ending up with a pile of cat litter and cat hair. I also brought the tower fan up from the basement. After I get the jeans out on the line and start another load, I’ll start moving furniture and run the vacuum. Then when the second load is hung to dry, I’ll get out the steam cleaner and have at it!

**FCD **is waxing his bike for the ride this afternoon. I’m hoping he takes a test ride around the block to make sure he can handle riding. Somehow I don’t think that’ll be an issue in his mind, till tomorrow, when he hurts… Men…

JDD brought Brunswick stew that was homemade by the good folks in Center Point, Jawja! CP is a teeny tiny community in teeny tiny Webster County. The stew they make is the best I’ve ever eaten and is hard to come by as they don’t announce when they make the stew, it’s all by word of mouth. JDD’s father grew up in that area so JDD always gets word and was able to score some. YUM! Thus N.O.L. shall be hot dawgs, as originally planned, plus Brunswick stew!

Love me some Brunswick stew. Hubby make a big ole pot once in a while. There is an Old Clinton’s Barbeque in Milledgeville where I can get some. For sure on the list of things to do.

I just booked a cruise. WOOHOO!!!

There are still cabins available, in case you want to join us.

Let’s learn to read for comprehension - I thought the cruise was this November. It’s Nov 2017. Which is fine, but it’s a year farther out than I’d been thinking when I booked. No biggie - more time to save.

Happy Birthday Buttersson

I need to get up and get busy. The dishwasher isn’t going to load itself.

N.O.L. has been ingested and we’re all sittin’ around like slugs. Or maybe warthogs it bein’ us. Anywho, ‘tis all cloudy and dreary out so we’re hangin’ in da cave talkin’ and carryin’ on. Maybe a movie or two in a while before dindin.

Butters definitely go get you some good ol’ Jawja Brunswick Stew!
