My knee was a lot better, little pain but a lot of stiffness.
The odd thing is is that standing and ordinary walking doesn’t feel bad. What’s awkward is trying to sit down or stand up. If I sit after standing a long time it hurts when I try to rise.
Juliet, I learned long ago in HS and community theater that hot glue guns are your friends in costuming.

Howdy Y’all! The vampires drained me and I made sup which we then et. Tomorrow I get to wait around on my meds to show up. Not that I’m complainin’ cause that means I do not have to go out and people. YAY!
Well, OK then, I’ll just talk to myself. 
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 33 Amurrkin out and dark with a predicted high of 94 and mostly N.O.S. for the day. No big plans for the day. YAY! I shall however await the arrival of my meds via FedEx. I still say it’s dumb they must arrive that way but the place I get ‘em from does it that way so that is the way it shall be. OYKW has a gnawin’ and a cravin’ for not too shabby Chinese [del]hog trough[/del] buffet so we shall sup there. Fine by me cause I don’t have to cook and he’s buyin’.
Now I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy demands sustenance. Then, onward into the day.

I was sleeping so good until my son woke me because my alarm was going off and I was sleeping through it.
I didn’t want to get up but I had to.
Irking sucks but it must be done.
I will be so glad when this damn business paper gets turned in. I know my son was talking about it as soon as I got up, but I haven’t got a clue what he said. I think he wants me to proofread it.
The damn thing better get an A.
Late comer actually put in quite a bit of information, however he sent it to my son rather than put it into the document, so my son integrated it in. The other guy put in inline citations but didn’t put the info into the bibliography. My son requested the info, got tired of waiting, and did a reverse search and found the sources. The lone woman put in so damn many inline citations that her part the paper is damned impossible to read.
Not one of them has helped with the proofreading or editing. None of them has answered the latest email.
I’ve proofread it several times and I think there is a problem with blending and cohesion. It doesn’t read as four separate reports, but it is a bit choppy and doesn’t flow nicely. The thesis statement needs some work as well. It’s too vague.
It really doesn’t help that I just don’t give an f about the topic. I enjoy reading some of his papers so I don’t mind the proofreading. This one is boring.
Damn I ramble when I am tired.
It’s cold outside, 28 feels like 19.
I don’t need to go out and I won’t.
Sunday is supposed to warm up to the 60s. I already warned my son we are going to finish cleaning up the yard. There are a lot of leaves that need to be sucked up, and branches that need to be cut up, and the hose needs to be put away and the water turned off.
I’ve been cutting up the fallen branches and putting them in the yard waste bags, found out yesterday I’m not supposed to. They only take small sticks. I’ve also been putting glass jars and bottles in the recycling and I’m not supposed to.
Flippin dark ages of recycling up here.
It’s gonna hurt to put glass bottles into the trash.
Got up, went to skool, sat in the common room thinking ‘that’s funny, there’s the bus, I wonder where the guys who normally get that are’. We only had one lecture today and turns out it got cancelled, and almost everyone else got the email. Oh well.
Took the opportunity to check the bees have enough food as I was in that general area and it briefly stopped raining for once. I put a bit of food on for them, but they’re all clustering deep in the hive, so there’s nothing I can do now aside from keeping fingers crossed.
Now I have to get on with courseirk instead. Boo. At least it’s not group work. I just have to wrangle myself into doing things, which is hard enough.
It’s snowing here in Wisconsin, and that snow may or may not turn into freezing rain later today… right around the time for the evening commute. Fun. But at least it’s really pretty out right now.

Irking at irk & irked. Guess that’s why they call it that. Tahred, was out late getting some good pics last night.
Intense therapy session today. I’m wiped. Good thing the only chore at work was sitting at a meeting.
Took a nap after irk.
Made some lunch for the dog and me, woke my son and made eggs and toast for the dog and him.
Made some cheese chips.
The damn dishwasher is not getting the dishes clean, so I am running it on a hot and heavy wash with some CLR. I read that it is safe to use in the dishwasher.
I’ve run it with dishwasher cleaner and run it with vinegar.
Next step is to take it apart and clean the sprayer arms.
If that doesn’t work then I guess either buy a big dish drainer or a new dishwasher.
So annoying.
Howdy Y’all! My meds arrived, I re-arranged stuff in the pantry. I watched Netflix. Then I put on goin’ out in public attire so we could go eat at the not too shabby Chinese [del]hog trough[/del] buffet which was kinda good. They have switched up some stuff so it’s not the same thing all the time which is how it had gotten to be. Hence we had not eaten there in a while.

I’m so ready for Friday and EoM. The old bat cow-orker left at lunch today (she doesn’t work on Fridays) and left the other cow-orker to mop up her queue. :smack: I will be so glad when she retires. On the home front, I did a fry up of bacon pieces, onions, peppers, garlic and zucchini and topped it with a couple of over easy aigs for supper. 'Twas tasty. Doing more work in the studio tonight.

Howdy. I had the day off and sloth ensued. Plus it was chilly so I slothed in bed.
All you manly men types I need to buy an over the sink wall mounted light fixture. I am searching at Home Depot. What should I search for as wall mounted lighting returns mostly outdoor lights? I did find an outdoor one that would be perfect except it’s for an indoor application. Does that matter? Hubby can answer these but he is already abed.
Back to irk tomorrow and prep for EOM. YAY.
If I saw something that big in the closet y’all could probably hear me scream all the way down to the Keys.
I don’t liketaking naps because it is a waste of time, I need to get things done around here and don’t have time to nap.
Just got home & ate dindin. Tomorrow evening I’m coming right home after irk, I swear.
