Are you talking about the hearing that was scheduled for today? If so, it didn’t happen at all because the Punk still doesn’t have a freakin’ lawyer. If you’re talking about a different hearing, please clarify, because there’s been a lot of legal shit surrounding this, and my head is kind of spinning!

Sorry, I misunderstood your update. You got subpoenas, called the ASA, and found out the hearing was cancelled due to lack of legal representation on behalf of Punk 2 due to mom’s short term memory loss.
Somehow I skipped over “there will not be a hearing after all” part. :smack:
