The sure sign of Spring MMP

If you buy one of the mops with the handle then you don’t have slide the swiffers around under your feet.
Don’t you watch the commercials? Even the guy with one hand can use a swiffer.

Better than her (his wife), which makes me want to scream at the TV.
It should be she, better than she can.

Beautiful day outside.

I hereby declare the irk day over. So mote it be. Da cave smells like bbq. YUM! Also made the slaw whilst I was in the kitchen earlier to make a sammich for N.O.L. I like for slaw to mellow for a while before eatin’ it.

doggio swifferin’ is not for the faint of heart or hip. :stuck_out_tongue:

Thus it is at da cave.

Well, ok then, I’ll just talk to myself!

Time to go get some fries goin’. BBQ sammiches, fries and slaw. YUM! Da bear is hongry!

Sorry, I did what most people do when they hurt their hip. I went on a beer run.

Do that a lot, do you?

Good man.

Dindin is ingested. I done good once again. Still dreary out and maybe more rain on the way. It’s been six days since I mowed da yahd and it looks like its been two weeks. Looks like Sattidy will be mowin’ day unless it slacks off tomorrow mornin’ and I can do it tomorrow evenin’. Sigh.

Well, beer is medicinal.

Flyers are posted in 6 different locations in Solomons, the sailing center. We shall see what happens.

Supper is hamburger helper lasagne and broccoli on the side. The weather is gorgeous, the house is open. Life is good.

New Digs, if anyone is interested

**rosie **- when do you figure you’ll be all unpacked and settled in? That’s the part of moving I always hated the most - figuring out where everything will live. But it looks like a nice, cozy place!

Supper has been ingested. First load of knitted projects is in the washer for a quick wash to remove critter hair and spit. Amazingly, a second load is necessary - I thought I could do it all at once. As they finish, I’ll fold them and bag them, then put them in Mom’s van so I can take it all to her tomorrow.

The house is open, ceiling fans are running, and it’s a gorgeous day! Tomorrow will be car shopping with Mom and Saturday I plan to *finally *finish painting the trim on the shed - it should have plenty of time to dry by then. But the rest of tonight will be for relaxing.

Wow. I really did look like :dubious: when I read that.

Ok, so I’m going to tell you all something because I’m not ready to tell my family yet. RT knows, but I don’t want to set everyone else to worrying. and I’m going to try to make this post ungoogleable so to speak in case they’re looking stuff up in the future I don’t want them to pissed that I was sharing this info with a bunch of strangers before I told them.

All that aside, now that I have health insurance I finally made it to the doctor. I really haven’t felt all that good since I got sick last fall. The doctor ordered bloodwork and the results were back today. All of my results looked good except for a certain vitamin deficiency. So, because my blood work was fine and there isn’t anything obvious to explain my symptoms, he’s referring me to a neurologist to rule out MS.

I’ve done some research and it turns out that there’s a link between that illness that I had in the fall, a vitamin deficiency that I have, and MS.

I don’t even know what to think. And my apologies for being vague. Like I said, I don’t want google to be my friend. If you’d like to know the vitamin or the illness, just send me a PM.

In other news, RT is home tomorrow!!! And, I also have my first show of the season this weekend.
ETA: Rosie, looks like a nice place! And I love the chair with the funky handles.

MOOOOOOM if you look at it from Smokey’s perspective, Rosie hired a professional decorator. I mean boxes! Cat heaven!

{{{StickyBuns}}} here’s hopin’ it’s not that bad. It’s good to get things checked out. Appropriate/inappropriate appendages crossed.

I had a spam email about walk in bath tubs. Dang! Even the spammers think I’m old.

I had a little nap.
I don’t know why I get so sleepy around 4.

Mom came home today, I haven’t talked to her yet so I don’t know for how long. I saw her go off with my niece, I guess to switch the car into my niece’s name.
I may be taking my mom out car shopping as well, I don’t know, we’ll see. My friend wants me to come over tomorrow, she is stressed about her basement and wants to get out for a while. We may ride up to Hagerstown, or maybe since the weather is nice, out to Harper’s Ferry and walk around a bit.
My life is so exciting!

I need to divide and freeze the ground beef that was delivered yesterday. I got the ingredients to make Sah-son a taco pie. I’ll do that tonight I think.

Cute place Rosie
I like the painted cupboard.
{{{Sticky}}} I hope everything will be okay.

Something about those tubs I don’t like - you’ve got to sit there while it fills, and you’ve got to sit there, wet and nekkid, while it drains. BRRRRRRRRR! I’ll stick with my shower, thanks.

FCD’s travels seem to have caught up with him. I expect he’ll sleep like dead tonight. Here’s hoping a certain stoopit canine does too.

Aww, cute kitty.

The chair with the funky handles, the painted cupboard/hutch, and the antique writing desk have all been in the family since long before I was born. They will stay in the family if I have anything to say about it. My nephews don’t want them, but maybe when the Rosebuds get out of college, they’ll appreciate having heirlooms.

Cool!

Curried chicken in the oven. Hockey in 28minutes. Life is good.

  1. Kitty!
  2. You need to buy TP, I think.
  3. Sure are a lot of moving dude butt pics.:dubious:

{{{{sticky}}}}} Glad RT is coming home.

“Rosebuds” are your nephews and nieces?
