I’m just imagining because it’s fun. First off - we don’t know she’s only exiled three people - that could have been a lie.
If it does go down along the lines that I described, would we really fault Team Grimes for taking over Alexandria? I’d like to think of plausible scenarios that they could take over and not be considered villains. Maybe there’s a hole in the fence and some of the key leaders get taken out, Rick and team fill the void?

This is one scenario that I can see playing out - Our Gang does something that they don’t think is very bad, but it’s a Mortal Sin in the new community. The chocolate stealing is a good example - the rationing has to be done for the good of the community, and no one is allowed to just grab the good stuff for themselves.
You know, we’ve all pretty much talked ourselves into thinking of Alexandria as a Good Place - for them to turn into a Bad Place really would be a huge twist at this point.
They aren’t evil, but they’ve survived two years. Maybe some luck, maybe a different leadership style our marauder-leaning friends aren’t used to. Rick’s way, isn’t the only way.
Rick is thinking, “my way or the highway, it’s for family.” His isn’t the only family out there. Haircut girl is mine because. Family.

LOL One of my big Janeway complaints is what a softie she was, she should have been threatening up close photon torpedo demonstrations FAR more often.
There’s a long thread going on right now about Voyager. I haven’t read it, but I’m guessing there’s lots of Janeway discussion. I liked Janeway. Maybe it was just refreshing to have a woman captain. Maybe it’s because the other actors were subpar. But anyway, I’m not a hard-core trekker about it and don’t want to hijack this thread with it. To each his own. 
Yeah, let’s beam that whole discussion into Fluidic Space!
