Tootsie Pops or Blow Pops?

I voted Blow Pops - but that was a lie.

I just like the name better.

I really like TPs better - but as mentioned - it’s a poor grade of choc.

Blow Pops for me. The bubble gum is good, and I end up chewing it for a good long while and getting more bang for my dime.

I’ve never thought of the Tootsie Roll center as chocolate. I guess I though of it as its own thing, and kinda waxy.

It was only recently that my g/f enlightened me that a Tootsie Roll was chocolate. Never occurred to me, either. :smack:

I’ll admit that Tootsie Rolls are questionable…I remember seeing a clip on TV of an older man showing off an ancient-looking Tootsie Roll, then happily unwrapping and eating it. I guess it’s an acquired taste; it was one of my favorite candies as a child, and it’s a nice treat for relaxing at work on a Friday afternoon.
