I have to deal with plenty of Pit rants that spill over into ATMB, so it’s nice to get some revenge in the other direction for a change. 
Take all the Pit space you like. (It will frustrate the trolls no end!)
I suspect it’s the same thing that happened to Bricker - it’s gotten increasingly difficult to defend what the Republicans are doing, particularly now that they’re not even bothering to slap the thin veneer of an excuse over many of their actions, and so the only way forward is to pretend that the Democrats are as bad or worse. It’s also why Mr. Mortiss keeps dropping his little turds into the punchbowl and then running away - he knows he can’t defend his statements so he just asserts victory and vanishes.
Thinking about the endless slow progression of more or less interchangeable trolls through these pages I suddenly had a weird revelation / inspiration. Which you’re now stuck reading about. 
The Huey Lewis song I want a new drug popped into my head, a moment later followed by the weird Al Yankovich version I want a new duck.

It is a basic trolling technique, beyond JAQ. When no one is upset, you start asking people why they’re so upset. The whole point is to make them upset at you, so you can pretend they were already upset.
The JAQ is just that the question has no relevance. Being upset has no relevance on whether a statement is true, as people get upset at lies.

Yep. That plus his nonsense of trying to blame Obama for the 2020 pandemic was why I reported him. If he wasn’t trolling, he’d participate beyond snark jabs that make the opposite of sense. He just sees making the libs upset as good.

IIRC jinx used to do the OP-only routine a lot. And when he did post mid-thread it was often only to misunderstand or “misunderstand” what folks had said.
Except he’s clearly NOT unaware. He is clearly aware that fake “I am sorry that you are offended” apologies are a thing, and has crafted the thread to guide the discussion that way. To stir the pot as one group of people come in and try to “educate” him (as if he needs educating) and then his more blatant troll buddies can swoop in and tell his would-be “educators” how silly they are for not accepting an apology just because the form of it is wrong, how it’s PC run amok and everyone is perpetually aggrieved, or some such straw man bullshit.
The apex troll knows his game.
