The report that Hillary Clinton used an open source piece of software called BleachBit to erase her servers somehow got twisted in Trump’s mind to her pouring literal bleach onto her hard drives to erase them (sometimes, he also claims she poured acid on them as well because he doesn’t appear to know that bleach and acid are two different things). Sources have said he’s had this explained to him multiple times but he mentioned it during the 2016 presidential debates and he brought it up again just a few months ago so the idea still hasn’t stuck in his head yet.
Bleach and acid taste equally bad. That’s all he can wrap his mind around.
But you can’t taste bleach if you inject it so he probably doesn’t even know that.

A West Virginia postal carrier pled guilty to mail and election fraud after admitting he changed the political affiliation on multiple voter ballots from Democrat to Republican.
Thomas Cooper, 47, admitted to attempted election fraud and injury to the mail Thursday after an affidavit was filed against him in May.
Cooper held a contract with the U.S. Postal Service to pick up mail in three towns in Pendleton County.
