Is it to follow the laws enumerated in the bible? No, it is fine to disobey these laws, as long as you pretend to be sorry. The pretense can even be exposed by the fact that you continue to engage in the very behavior for which you say you are sorry. It doesn’t matter, because in your own case you can see that it would be cruel and unusual punishment to follow the exact letter of the law. Clearly God did not want you to live a life of misery!
No, it is clear that the only way into heaven is to balance out your own decision that following the exact words of the bible is not what God wants for you with a cold, unfeeling denouncement of all those who would do the same. To the same extent which you decide that you are allowed to interpret the meaning of God’s words, you must deny others that right. To the same extent which you disobey the exact wording in the bible, you must hate and vilify others who do not obey that exact wording. You believe that God’s love would allow you to disobey a minor law, if doing so is essential to your life and happiness. Because of this, you must be adamant in your belief that nobody else can be allowed to follow God’s love over any part of the bible, no matter how minor or vague.
Really, His4Ever seems to be starting her own religion. The only way to heaven is not by Jesus, but by His4ever herself. Only His4ever is allowed to be made pure by God’s love. Only for His4ever can God’s love override even the most minor and vague word in the bible.
Nobody else has any direct relationship to God. They have to go through His4ever, his intermediary. She will decide who is allowed to feel God’s love and be changed by it.
I only have one question. How exactly does God feel about His4ever taking up this role as the one intermediary? I certainly hope she is not taking such an important role without His express approval.

You believe that God created us all in his image, correct? Unfortunatly you have translated this into God only saves those who fit my image. According to scripture, we are all people of god. I believe that god only gives people what they can handle. If I were in your shoes, I would be hurt and angry. (I’m a little sensitive sometimes.) And it is painfully obvious that other people who have read your words feel hurt also.
I think a lot of it is the language that you use. It “gives away” your feelings( see my comment to grienspace below) even when you say that you love us. Have you ever learned the difference is assertive language and ** aggressive** language? I think that you would like to be assertive, but you are coming across as aggressive. Would you like a link that might help you to talk about your beliefs in a way that doesn’t put people off quite so much? It’s a way to be more loving and still express your beliefs. I would be happy to find a website (non-religious) that explains the difference. Or, if you prefer, you can just do a search of “assertive language” “aggressive language” and that may do the trick. If not, substitute the word “behavior” for “language.”

Somewhat like cycles of abuse and violence in families - where seriously fucked up, abusive behaviors are all some kids see and so they mislabel that shit as the way families are supposed to act , and then revisit the horrors on their own kids later.
At times, it looks very much like someone has pulled this exact same kind of “love” bit on H4e - and for whatever reason, instead of knowing it and calling it as the utter pile of hateful shit that it was, she believed them. And now instead of knowing how people are supposed to act when they “love their neighbor” and “love one another,” she has this twisted, sick pattern there instead that she repeats. I’m beginning to think that she is showing the type of “love” that she’s been shown.

But you will notice, SisterCoyote, that when Jesus gets upset with people in the bible it is always with the legalistic interpretation of biblical law that concentrates so hard on the minutia that it misses the message. I can think of a few Christians who have the exact same failings as those who Jesus got pissed off at.
