Just got sent this link for an interview with GRRM. Lots of interesting stuff, including a hint that there IS some sort of meaning behind why some chapters have names beyond the simple character names he always used at the start.
He also says he’s aiming for 2014 for the next book, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

For some reason, I just really, really want the scene of Belwas (or whoever replaces him,) taking a big shit after besting Yunkai’s warrior in single combat (I think it as Yunkai, might have been Mereen, I get them confused.)
It’s a great “fuck you!” scene.
Oh, man, the first time I read that scene I was totally picturing how it would be filmed. Really? No Strong Belwas? I wanted to see the teeny tiny vest!

I’ve read all the books to date, but I’ve only seen S1 of the show so far. Where did S2 end? The Battle of the Blackwater?
Awww, Belwas is great fun in the books. Maybe we just won’t see him until the 4th season?
Arstan is in season 3, so Belwas would have to come in some other way. Dany’s going to at least get the Unsullied this season. I’m not sure how he’d come in after that. He’s not a big character, I’m pretty sure he’s gone.

I can’t believe they cast Ciaran Hinds and DIDN’T cast him as Roose Bolton. That would have been a match made in heaven. Mance Rayder oughta be Gary Oldman.
Oh wait, they’ve already cast the substitute Gary Oldman as Littlefinger. People might have trouble keeping them straight.
Hell they could cast Gary Oldman as Belwas and he’d probably be able to carry it off.
