Ummm, if threads like this are the place for insults and the like, why did you take your joke to a thread that wasn’t in the pit.
I am not saying there is anything wrong with your joke, its just that if you are gonna go around the message board making jokes about someone you should be able to accept getting email from them, or just don’t make jokes about them. Or, as Diane said don’t list your email address.

I’ll admit to the fact that making fun of someone outside the Pit, like I did, isn’t the nicest thing to do.
Then again, it was a rather innocent joke, IMHO, and was more aimed at the double-posting situation than at bj0rn as a whole. If some of you think it was a poor joke, don’t laugh at it. Fine with me.
And sure, I could delete my private e-mail adress from my info page. But that would mean I’m also not receiving a lot of of interesting and moving e-mails I have received from various members of this board. I just think the right place for flaming someone is the pit, open for everyone to see. If you think I’m an asshole, drag me down here and flame me like there’s no tomorrow - by all means. If it then goes too far and I wish to discuss the matter further privately via e-mail, I’ll let you know.

The guy may be confusing, but he’s a hell of a lot better than he was before. And he’s got every right to post what he wants, just like you and me. Heavens to Mergatroid! A thread in the Pit in which bj0rn is busting on Coldfire. And not only that, bj0rn seems to have all of the support. I won’t be able to sleep at night if I let this go on.
bj0rn, you are so very stupid. The fact that you reacted so strongly to a joke outside of the Pit shows how rarely it is that you get out of here. Little jabs are fairly common in the other forums, especially GD, which involves some issues that people have strong feelings on. I am accused of being either ignorant or close-minded just about every day on the drug thread. Get over it.
Anyone who defends our little Viking friend obviously hasn’t seen the worst of his posts. Head over the the “Troll List” thread and read that last two pages. You will never ever ever defend bj0rn the Conquerer again.
As for your little mash note to Coldfire, I must say that it is a little out of line. If you don’t have the balls to say something out in the open, because you’re afraid that more people might turn against you, then you probably should just shut the hell up. I think that the gesture of a private e-mail is an attempt on YOUR part to make this a personal thing between you and Coldfire. He gets a bad rap from people, notably on this thread, for getting personal with you. But if you take the step of sending him a message that none of us were supposed to see, you’re the one who’s getting personal.
The point that people like Coldfire and I are trying to get through to you is that you’re not making any positive contributions to this board. A good 75% of what you write is completely unintelligible. And the other 25% are usually lame attempts at flames in which you are just plain annoying.
So why don’t you put on your horned helmet and crawl back into your cave for a good old-fashioned goat sacrafice to Thor? Whatever you do, I do hope that you’re not as annoying in person as you are on the Internet, or somebody’s going to send you to Valhalla REAL soon.
