Getting enough rest is something many people rarely do. You deserve some you time, enjoy!

I did get some looks in London once when they opened my briefcase found some…ummm…‘grown-up’ magazines
Ya shoulda gone to Okinawa. Back then (+40 years ago) business men in suits often read adult magazines on the bus. Nobody paid attention. I once watched a couple of 14 or 15 year old girls run into each other at a park and admire each other’s blouse so much that they traded right then and there. Nobody paid attention. OK, so I paid attention, but I was a big nose, so I didn’t count.
LOL, I can easily figure out why anyone would need 4 handbags and everyone needs bottle openers but can never find on when they need it so having a few extras makes perfect sense (I have about 30 thread pullers which I never use because I’m too vain).
As I recall In and Out trays are orange so won’t really match someone’s living room colors, they have a rough surface which isn’t good for most crafts and the small lip means they can’t be used as dustpans. The best I could come up was to put under plants or pet bowls and pretend they aren’t orange? I have so many questions, LOL!
Despite having serious vision problems myself, sometimes descriptions like this make me gasp irl because of the impact. Wow, that was an amazing metaphor, very powerful.
Shortly around the time our Lucky cat went blind in his old age, I read a book about a teenager who was born blind but got a decent amount of her vision back due to experimental surgery. The one thing I took from that book was when she had to learn how to run because blind people don’t run. The things you don’t think about until someone slaps you in the face with them…
Hubs has banished GG’s water fountain to the catio. GG is big enough to splash water four and five feet away when he’s having a good time, so he doesn’t get water in the house again for at least 6 months. Every time hubs tries to give me grief about buying a slow maturing kitten I tell him that getting vaxed sure would have been a whole lot cheaper and easier. Then we don’t talk to each other for a couple of hours.
Hubs spoils GG just the same as he always does with our pets and he’d be horrified if I suggested giving GG away, he just really wants GG to turn into a cat.
The canvas for my unfinished project hasn’t arrived yet and I find myself unwilling to spend much time stitching. I think my subconscious is telling me to slow down so I don’t run out, something like FCD and pain meds.
