Honorable mention to “Roland the Roadie and Gertrude the Groupie” by Doctor Hook and the Medicine Show.
Of course there is “Masochism Tango” by Tom Lehrer.
I ache for the touch of your lips, dear,
but much more for the touch of your whips, dear.
You can raise welts, like nobody else,
as we dance to the Masochism Tango.
But I think my all-time favorite is “Who Were You Thinking Of” by the Texas Tornados.
(I wanted to quote more, but the song is pretty short.)

Roland is my favorite…
But I have got to throw the Kendalls into the conversation
Heaven’s Just a Sin Away…
Heaven’s just a sin away
oh whoa just a sin away. I
can’t wait another day I think I’m giving in.
Though I’d love to hold you tight
oh whoa be with you tonight
No to bad… until you realize the Kendalls are a Father / Daughter Duet
The Cure have several, such as “Why Can’t I Be You?” Now, think about that for a minute. It’s not “have you” nor “be with you.”

“You’re the One for Me, Fatty” , by the incomparable Morrissey. (Come to think of it, “The More You Ignore Me, the Closer I Get” works pretty damn well here, too.)
Fairytale of New York by The Pogues.
*You’re a bum, you’re a punk
You’re an old slut on junk
Lying there almost dead on a drip in that bed
You scumbag, you maggot, you cheap lousy faggot
Happy Christmas your ass, I pray God it’s our last*
I’ve always liked Polly in a Porny from Shel Silverstein’s Freakin At The Freaker’s Ball album.
I linked the album instead of the song because of other notable songs on it. Most pertinent to the OP would be Don’t Give A Dose To The One You Love Most . All the song lyrics are linked to on the album page. Polly starts out so :
I kissed Polly goodnight as we stood at her front door.
Now, she’s quite a proper lady so I didn’t ask for anything more.
But I was feeling oh, so groovy, that I went down to the movies
And I sat down and guess just what I saw -
I saw Polly in a porny, down at the dirty flicks.
I saw Polly in a porny - I didn’t know she knew those tricks.
What I saw nearly struck me blind
I didn’t know she was artistically inclined
I saw Polly in a porny with a pony and it nearly blew my mind […] .

My favorite is the country song I haven’t written yet about a man who discovers his wife is having an affair on him via her phone.
The final line after burying her alive is, “Can you hear me now?”

“Dirty Love,” a Kesha/Iggy Pop duet
Too easy. Guns ‘n Roses’ I Used To Love Her .
Not sure if deliberate parodies count, but Weird Al’s “One More Minute with You” should be mentioned.
LOL, I think as soon as Tom Lehrer was mentioned, it was understood that parodies count. And yes, that’s a gem by Weird Al.
What was that a parody of?
And while it’s certainly not as nasty or severe as some listed here, I’ll throw in Jonathon Coulton’s “Better”.
Why Don’t We Get Drunk By Jimmy Buffet
Elvis-ey love ballads, no one in particular. Maybe ‘parody’ isn’t quite the right term.

“Theatrically inclined”… but yeah, excellent choice! It made me think of one that definitely deserves mention – “Pictures of Lily ” by the Who.
Another winner would be “Venus in Furs ” by the Velvet Underground.
