You’ve seen this sort of game-of-tag thread before, so I get no points for originality. The idea is that if you can answer yes to the question asked in the most recent post, you can reply and pose a new question. Well, okay, I guess I can’t prevent you from replying whenever and however you choose, but here’s an example of what I’m hoping for: the current post asks Have you ever crossed an ocean by boat? Someone responds Yes, when I served in the Navy. Have you ever mistakenly printed a file from your computer that was more than 500 pages? And someone confesses that they have, asks a new question, and so on.
I’ll start, of course. Has anyone ever actually received a U.S. Sacagawea dollar in change (from a vending machine or by request doesn’t count)?
I had a blind date to a fraternity party and ended leaving with another guys blind date, not my own. Caused quite a stir at the frat house – they’d never seen that done before.
Inasmuch as it’s spring, how about: Have you ever seen a tornado?
(I’ve been through tornadic conditions in the midwest many times, but only saw one once in Hutchinson, MN in 1980.)
I can admit this only because I was too young to remember it. My sister apparently told me the fish gravel smelled pretty & I sniffed it so hard I inhaled it.
Have you ever crashed a party & passed yourself off as someone else successfully (for the entire party)?
Time Out.
I have a suggestion, unless this is already an understood rule that didn’t need to be said:
I think that whoever asks a new question should also be able to answer “yes” to the question they are asking- without explanation, that would make it more mysterious and fun, while we would learn more about eachother.
