Your turn, if you have ever... [game]

You’ve seen this sort of game-of-tag thread before, so I get no points for originality. The idea is that if you can answer yes to the question asked in the most recent post, you can reply and pose a new question. Well, okay, I guess I can’t prevent you from replying whenever and however you choose, but here’s an example of what I’m hoping for: the current post asks Have you ever crossed an ocean by boat? Someone responds Yes, when I served in the Navy. Have you ever mistakenly printed a file from your computer that was more than 500 pages? And someone confesses that they have, asks a new question, and so on.

I’ll start, of course. Has anyone ever actually received a U.S. Sacagawea dollar in change (from a vending machine or by request doesn’t count)?

Heck, I’m game. I sure have. A couple of times from local retailers.

My question:

Just to keep it a theme…have you ever received a buffalo nickel in change? I have…

Yup. In Buffalo, as a matter of fact.
Have you ever purposely skipped out on a blind date?

I had a blind date to a fraternity party and ended leaving with another guys blind date, not my own. Caused quite a stir at the frat house – they’d never seen that done before.

Inasmuch as it’s spring, how about:
Have you ever seen a tornado?

(I’ve been through tornadic conditions in the midwest many times, but only saw one once in Hutchinson, MN in 1980.)

Yes, I have. Nine of them to be exact… one that sucked the roof off of my high school gym as I was standing in it.

[sub]Because I’m simply weird,[/sub]
Have you ever had something stuck up your nose that to have it removed required a trip to the emergency room?

I can admit this only because I was too young to remember it. My sister apparently told me the fish gravel smelled pretty & I sniffed it so hard I inhaled it.

Have you ever crashed a party & passed yourself off as someone else successfully (for the entire party)?

Time Out.
I have a suggestion, unless this is already an understood rule that didn’t need to be said:

I think that whoever asks a new question should also be able to answer “yes” to the question they are asking- without explanation, that would make it more mysterious and fun, while we would learn more about eachother.

Just a thought.

I agree. And since I can do so, the question remains…

Have you ever crashed a party & passed yourself off as someone else successfully (for the entire party)?

Yes, I once pretended to be a friends therapist.
Have you ever urinated on something that, under its own power, then got out of the way?

my roommate

Have you ever dated someone because you wanted to be close to their married/attached sibling?

two people have dated my twin brother because they wanted to date me, does that count?

Yes, that counts.

Have you ever had sex with more than one person in a 24-hour period? (menages a trois don’t count)

Yes, my roommate and my best friend.
Have you ever extorted money from someone under false pretenses?

Well, I told my mom I needed lunch money, but I really wanted to buy cards. Come to think of it, that’s pretty lame :).

Have you ever been drunk and not known it?

Oh yes. I’ve been walking around, thinking I was sober as a churchgoing widow, when I was actually staggering.

So:

Have you ever taken a day off of work and ended up having a mini-masturbation marathon?

Yes.

Have you ever sent anything personal through your company’s FedEx or UPS account just because you didn’t want to pay for it yourself?

Hell yeah.

Have you ever bitch-slapped someone?

No, I am nonviolent.

Have you ever wrecked a car that wasn’t yours?

Sorry Zumba, in order to reply you have to be able to say Yes to the question.

Have you ever been too stupid to play a game?

Yes!!

Sorry. We now return to your regularly scheduled thread.
