Loved the voice though, although she veered a little into McPhee smiling while singing about being sad territory. She’s definitely one to watch, I can’t wait to see if she grows into the rest of that voice.

Ok I caught up a little on last night between online clips and the clips they showed at the opening of tonight’s show. Sundance…what is with holding a note on the consonant? Holding an Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn just sounds freakin’ WEIRD. Loved Blake’s song. Bald eyebrow guy at the end just creeps me out. Maybe I could like him if I could listen without having to look at him.

Jordin gets my respect. Her version of the song was pop, but solid pop, without vocal gimmickry. The competition on the girls’ side is shaping up to be very interesting this year…

I loved the expression on her face when he said he not only felt short but small next to her. You could see she was trying to figure out if it was an insult.
I liked Jordin. Her personality is too bubbly for me to like her in general, but a very nice voice, and she worked the performance at the end.
