Cindy McCain

Again, just because you implied I said it doesn’t mean I did. To be clear (since you are a fucking idiot): where did I say the Republicans have done a great job on the fiscal side?

You said Republicans are “still the more fiscally conservative small government party while the Democrats are the more fiscally liberal large government party.”

You have no evidence for that but your own strong desire for it to be true. None.

Oh, they might say such things, but when given a chance, they spend and spend and spend and spend. They cut taxes and raise spending and have about as much relation with fiscal conservatism as I have with Stephen Hawking–we admire from a distance.

They do have a tendency to confuse the monetary with the erotic. Entirely unhealthy, in my opinion. (I’d include “humble”, but who am I kidding…)

Obama is far too right wing for me to be wildly supportive. But he’s infinitely preferable to McCain.

As to your own morality let’s face it – it just ain’t so. You are an objectivist. By definition that means ‘motherfucking sociopath’.

I once thought I was an objectivist. I wasn’t a sociopath, just young, incredibly selfish, and with an astonishingly inflated idea of my own talent. I grew up, and wised up, eventually.

Earmarks? What do earmarks have to do with the size of the Federal budget?
Earmarks are trivial when compared to the cost of fighting wars of choice, and bailing out failed businesses.
McCain, and the Republican’s ‘war on earmarks’ is nothing more than a fantasy. The needed savings are simply not there.

OMGF, you are hilarious! I am literally laughing out loud at that! Were you unconscious through the Reagan, Clinton and Bush 43 administrations? I know you love your republican talking points, but let’s look at the facts.

Ronald Reagan, a republican, campaigned on cutting taxes and federal spending. When he was in office, he certainly cut taxes for the wealthy, and federal spending increased. Reagan inherited a $79 billion deficit from Jimmy Carter. When Reagan left office, the budget deficit was $290 billion.

Bill Clinton left office with a balanced federal budget and the largest budget surplus in history. Some people say that was becasue of the Republican-dominated legislature. Actually, it was a Clinton goal, and it speaks well of his political abilities to get the republican legislature to come on board and get his idea pushed through.

George W. Bush got many votes in 2000 by telling people: “Look, we got this here big pile of money, this budget surplus. I’ll give it to you if you vote for me”. (That still wasn’t enough to win the popular vote, so he and his brother had Katherine Harris & company rig the election for him, but we’re talking finances and fiscal reaponsibility, so I’ll get back on point).
So, after buying the 2000 election with tax cuts, a fiscally irresponsible move, Georgie boy and the Republican supermajority congress went ape shit throwing money away on invading Iraq, were Saddam Hussein (a very very bad man) was keeping Al Qaida out of his country because he didn’t like anyone challenging his power, something boy George’s daddy knew full well. Donald Rumsfeld said that all the oil we pumped out of Iraq would pay for the invasion, which it didn’t and never will. More republican fiscal stupidity.

Here’s a nice graph for you to look at.

It charts the national debt as a percentage of the GDP fron 1950 until now, and you’ll notice that it increased most under Reagan & the 2 Bushes.

If Dr House were to do a scan of all the Doper blood samples, he would find an incidence of antibodies for objectivistic virus far out of normal proportion compared to the larger population. Lot of survivors on the Boards, I bet. Not everybody makes it, of course.

Darwin’s will be done.

I prefer “willfully stupid motherfucker with a god complex”.

I always though it was 14-22 year old who just discovered both Rand and the world outside his/her house?

Fortunately, my discovery of the latter disabused me of the former. I think I left my Rand books boxed up when I got my first girlfriend. It’s been more then a decade, and I honestly don’t know where they are.

I managed to slog through Atlas Shrugged and dismissed it as just so much masturbation.

Even when I was a true believer I ran away from that woman’s prose. Awful.

I don’t know whether or not Obama’s administration would spend more or less than McCain’s. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was indeed as much or more.

That it would be spent vastly, vastly more efficiently and wisely? Of that I have no doubt.

Yup, that Cindy McCain sure is a piece of work.

Yup.

Yup.

You obviously didn’t understand it, which is why you are voting for Wesley Mouch.

Dude, wasted effort. Those are facts and Rand doesn’t do facts…

That’s probably why Rand has studiously ignored my post…

What a stupid motherfucker you are.
