Hugs to all who need one. Supper was grilled chicken, mashed taters and green beans. It will get us by until the next one. I bought some grill mats for hubby at Christmas and we/he loves them. Makes clean up non existent except the mats themselves. I can’t remember what they are made of but we are pleased.

The car’s in there…for now. But it was a bit interesting manually lowering the door when it’s missing ½ the counter weight. I wonder what this one’s gonna cost (especially since I could use a new door, too.)

Getting up to face another long day at work. I am so tired. In the past three days I’ve logged thirty-three hours. I’m not sure how long today will be, but I’m supposed to have my regular Koine Greek class tonight and I just don’t feel I will be up to it, even if I do get off in time. Yestaerday afternoon I felt so down, I started crying. Feeling sorry for myself I guess. The house is a mess, as I’ve not had the energy to do the cleaning I need to. I’m sorry to be so blurfy, but I needed to vent to someone.
I was told that I came into the world 2 months early and was tangled up…my family says its the only time I was early for anything…
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 48 Amurrkin out and dark but TWPTB say clear with a predicted high of 74 and N.O.S. for the day. Today is lay in provisions day. The Pubic sto’ has a sale on shrimpies so I foresee suppin’ upon shrimp ‘n grits this evenin’. YUM! I’m thinkin’ bacon wrapped spareguts for vegetative matter. Also I shall be doin yahd irk. ICK! I need to and the weather will be nice so I shall. Bathroom remodel continues. The drain needs to be moved to the center due to the fact that this will be a big shower. This may or may not be a big deal. Right now the only thing in said bathroom is a sink. The terlet got moved out yestiddy, the floorin’ was removed and all the wallpaper taken down. Fun times!
Now I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. Then, since I am to go about the public to the Pubic sto’ I suppose I should make myself presentable.

Well it is Spring Break time…

I was two weeks late, and showed up about 7am.
The sun has reappeared today, and it’s feeling positively springlike. Hopefully it’ll make a habit of it. I feel like I should go do something nice today, after adulting yesterday and sorting out car insurance for the next year. Not sure what though.

It’s cloudy and cool outside, supposed to get up to 80 over the weekend, and then drop back into the 50s.
Maybe we can get some yard irk done over the weekend, the yard is a mess.
It’s going to be another busy day, so much to do.

Slept till almost 8am today, just finished the paper and need to do some file cleaning. am thinking about getting a new computer monitor, nothing much wrong with this one, mind you, just have had it for 6 years or so, so want to see if there’s bigger/better out there at a reasonable price.
Must now break fast and get about things.

Since the garage door was already up, I pulled the car in, disconnected the automagic opener & manually lowered the door. When I lifted it up this morning (w/ some effort) it wouldn’t stay up. I wasn’t able to hold it up & reconnect the opener, partially because the car was under it so I was reaching from the side, which makes it harder.
I don’t have anything long enough to prop it open enough to pull the car out, but it’s easy to hold up because you only need to put one finger there to keep it from starting to come down. I called my neighbor but he doesn’t answer so I go door knocking to get another neighbor to help me.
First neighbor calls back a bit later but I didn’t realize he had me on speakerphone. I said <your wife> couldn’t help (she’s about 4’10") & then I hear, “I heard that.” :o 
Emptied a 53 footer yesterday of 5900 packages myself in a little under an hour; it was just what the doctor ordered. Found out the arrangements for my coworker and will visit tomorrow. Found out my buddy wants something private and it will be at an event some time this summer ------- far and away the best plan knowing him. All in all things are adjusting. We got a chill and some high winds but have Bessie out and will make my commute to work scenic and long just because I can.
