Not sure I would call it crazy, Lion’s Head meatball soup is a very traditional Chinese soup recipe. Granted, you don’t find it in restaurants in the US usually, but the recipe is from my Aunt Grace Zia Chu and is a fairly old imperial recipe. [though we mess with the recipe and tweak it to suit ourselves. We don’t tend to make the huge meatballs we make lots of little ones.]
Sorry, I didn’t mean crazy as a bad thing. Just crazy amazing, or bananas. I really can’t wait to try it out. It has all good stuff in it. I have never seen anything like it before. I think I am going to make if for a Sunday dinner and have some friends over to share it with me.

Finally heard the mail jeep, and when I checked the mailbox there was a package from Jools!
There was a beautiful sterling silver keychain and a card – in french! I’m going to pull out my old french/english dictionary and sit down with my boys and do a bit of foreign language instruction.
