While I’m a fan of the-more-the-merrier, you don’t need an even number. You were just going to randomly assign a giver to a recipient, weren’t you? 'Cause if you pair people up, you automatically know who’s giving to you when you get your assignment.

Yeah, if you get an odd number, you can just do round-robin: imagine a big circle, and everyone passes a gift to the person on his/her left (or right).

Yes, I think round robin is better because then you really don’t know for sure who your SS is. You give to one, get from another.
Remember to put a note in with your present so your Santee knows who Santa is!
Good morning, all! I’ve just sent out all of the e-mails. We had two late sign-ups, but that’s no problem, I incorporated them all.
Now. It’s December 3rd now. Let’s make the (hopeful) deadline for shipping December 15th. (Try to make it earlier if you are shipping international.)
