Secret Santa 2006

I’m in!

Secret Santa gifts are sometimes the best gifts I get.
And one year the only gift I got!
Not to put any pressure on my Secret Santa, I’m easy to please.
I like spicy fragrances for candles and stuff.
I collect mini clocks shaped like other things, mini teapots shaped like teapots, fruity things for the kitchen and dining room.
I have a 14 year old son who loves The Simpsons, and Sponge Bob.

Bus Guy may not be, but I am (I loves me a yummy carrot cake)

I’m in! I’ll leave it up to Santa to decide but if you’re really stuck let me know

YAY Secret Santa!

This is my first year, and I’m so excited!

Hints:

I collect mouse figurines.

Favorite color is RED.

Eat, drink, breathe Carolina Hurricanes hockey.

Love dachshunds.
I hope this helps. :stuck_out_tongue:

Email Sent.
I put my particulars in the email, so whomever gets me ( you lucky bastard!) can see my list of deman…wishes. yeah, wishes, that’s the ticket.)

I’m in! 33, female.

I like the colors blue and green, anything that smells good (as long as it isn’t musk-scented), bath stuff, silver jewelry (doesn’t have to be real), pretty hair clips, candles, and socks.

I don’t care for animal-themed stuff or food items (I am losing weight and I will be eating enough when I have my planned cheat on Christmas Eve), unless it is tea or coffee or the like (I love tea and coffee).

Just sent to email. I like local stuff and knick nacks. I loved what I’ve gotten in the past years. Foodstuffs are always fun. I like nuts and I like chocolate, but I’m not a big fan of them together, unless its peanuts. I’m partial to purple and silver. I’m not a huge jewerly fan.

Oh boy am I excited …

Oh, and big thanks to Quasimodem! Secret Santa is my favorite exchange of the year!

Sorry about the double post, I’m a little slow tonight … I don’t drink coffee and I’m female (although given my name is Sarah, that shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise to my Secret Santa)

Does anyone else have their eye on one (or several) people they’re itching to get as the givee? I know I’m thinking up yummy custom tea blends already!

I’m in.
I am a male with no allergies, no rhythm, no style, and even less taste. I would not mind getting something weird, offbeat, eccentric , or unheralded. I am extremely easy to please and would most likely be happy with anything anyone would happen to send.

I’m in! As for what I’d like - something peculiar to your area would be nice. Serious, funny, weird - surprise me!

Signed up. (The White Elephant was a lot of fun, and I’m a glutton.)

Any kind of edible anything. Home made is fine, we trust you. Surprise us.

Any kind of games. (Cards, dice, brain teasers, anything along those lines)

Bracelets.

I’d say 37 year old female, but between our household, I think we have just about every sex and age. Plus, we are really easy to amuse and entertain.

Mine too, Hon.

Having grown up in Germany, I’m a real “Weihnachts-Kind” (Christmas-Kid), and it’s a pleasure doing this for y’all!

The mailbox is starting to fill up, but there’s lotsa room, so keep those e-mails comin’.

Ooh, I’m going to play. This will be approximately the 3rd Christmas gift I’ve ever given in my life, so either it’s going to be really good or really bad.
I like stuff that’s modern or funky or just weird. Make of that what you will. I’m male, mid -20s. If you have a choice in color, pick a bright red cause my apartment is accented in red, but really, it doesn’t matter. It might help you to know that I just moved into an apartment, and have virtually no furniture or decorative items at all.

Okay, I’m in. Since I’m going home for Christmas, I gave my parents’ address - let them wonder about my mysterious package til I get there on the 22nd!

As for hints: I’m 25, female, and I live alone with my housebunny, Ned (who has waaay too much paraphanalia already, but nice try!) in a town 2000 miles from my real home. I’m not giving too much away, because I LOVE surprises.

Oh, what the heck. I’m not much of a gifter and my last Dope Secret Santa endeavor years ago ended a bit disastrously (though that was partially my fault).

So I guess I’m in.

I’m absolutely in. E-mail will be sent as soon as I finish this post.

I love smelly stuff, particularly candles. I also love “shaped” candles. Year before last someone sent me an angel candle which I most disrespectfully and blasphemously enjoyed burning down. I like shiny things and I love girly things - lotions, perfumes, and shower gels, but NO bath stuff - I never take baths, only showers.

THANK you so much for doing this - this is my favorite exchange!

And whomever gets **Siege **is a lucky duck. You should have seen what she sent me last year. I’m still using some of it!

I just sent my email.

As with every year, dragon themed items are always a sure bet.

This year, I have the bizarre urge to get myself a 2007 calendar that has a holiday listed on every day of every month, so if you find one of those (or, heck, even if you go through and add handwritten holidays to the blank days), go for it.

Fun little toys: like Magic 8 Ball, or Slinky, or Rubik’s Cube, or Homer Cube, or Tangle Toys, or a gyroscope, etc. (not these specific things, as those are all past gifts that I’ve gotten under the “Secret Santa Fun Toy” category, used as examples only).

Favorite color is purple.

Yummy food items are great, too. Milk or dark chocolate candy (solid chocolates, not assortments with different fillings, though). Or homemade chocolate chip cookies. Or homemade Rice Krispie treats. Or homemade brownies…or fudge…or, well pretty much any kind of fattening non-healthy homemade cocoa-related dessert you can think of. What’s that? Rice Krispie treats aren’t cocoa-related? Umm…put chocolate chips in them?

I’m in!

Favorite color themes are wild and wacky and bright. Think Early Crayola, and you’ve got my decorating scheme.

Christmas ornaments are always good; I like my ornaments to have a story behind them, so “This one is from a Doper” is good!

I also never have enough fun picture frames.

Other likes: dogs, art supplies, fun office gadgets, anything from your area, hippy-dippy trinkets, science/computer toys and other geeky stuff. Weird conversation-piece-type stuff (“What the heck is this thing, anyway?”).

I think that should give you something to work with.
