Previously on 24:

  • Jack finds Tony and beats him up for a bit. Jack also stops the last bio-cannister threat in the nick of time, neatly wrapping up plot #4 this season.

  • Kim makes friends at the airport with a nice couple who wants to kill her. Thus begins Plot #5, setting up tonight’s season finale.

  • Jack is being given instructions over the phone: Break Tony free, or Kim dies. Presumably the effects of the bio-goop will make Jack forget that he knows how to use a pen and paper, and that the bad chick can only hear him, but not see him. Or maybe the writers got exposed to the bio-agent, too…
